Hi. I am happy to see that there are people like you concerned with the welfare of animals. I have seen some cruel people here in India hitting the dogs intentionally. I am a Filipino National and looking for animal shelters in Bhubaneswar. I came across your blog and thank you. I would try to call them the earliest the possible,before this puppy gets hurt or thrown away. Thumbs up to you.
